Next Saturday, January 22, I will be offering a guided meditation retreat based on at the Integritas Centre in County Kilkenny. Participants will be helped to become more deeply aware of the ways in which the breath moves within them and to recognize and respond to the particular difficulties they may encounter in breathing – and to experience where all of this leads us spiritually.
